Welcome to Team MLE: Solaris Stable & Yoga Studio

We're excited to send a warm welcome to our most recent client, Angela Nunez of Solaris Stable & Yoga Studio! Solaris isn't your typical stables and yoga studio as they offer many specialized classes and programs! Located in Hume, Virginia Solaris Stable offers high-end, full care boarding, training and lessons. They also provide equine facilitated learning classes and retreats in addition to their natural horsemanship programs.

The Solaris Yoga Studio offers classes for both equestrians and yogis alike! From Hatha Yoga to Yoga with Horses, they do it all! Angela also developed Horse Yoga, combining her two biggest passions into one practice that unites horse and human. Horse Yoga increases trust between horse and human, and increases balance, flexibility, strength, and breath awareness and control of the rider. Horse Yoga also massages the horse’s withers, back, and hindquarters, providing benefits similar to those of Equine Massage and Chiropractic work.
