Comes with use of the farm premises which includes 3 big fields for turnout (plus a small dry paddock), tack room, feed room, 2 outdoor arenas, huge well-lit indoor arena, covered round pen, cross-country schooling course, miles of hacking trails, etc. We can provide hay and bedding to purchase in bulk. $2,000/month or $250/stall.
